Set up your staff pay rates to run the Payroll report and ensure that staff time is logged correctly and allocated against the correct pay items, e.g. “Wages”, “Overtime”, etc.
Please Note: If you have integrated Jobman with Xero, MYOB, or QBO, your staff pay rate set-up will look slightly different. Please ensure you select the correct article from below, and follow the instructions carefully.
If you are not currently using Xero, MYOB, or QBO, you may select any of the below articles (we recommend the Xero article) and use it as a generic guide. Wherever you are asked to enter a “Code”, we recommend simply copying whatever you have entered in the relevant “Name” field.
